Dust2Dust Music Network is a 'for profit' business conglomerate.  The purpose of Dust2Dust Music Network is to provide global support for underground bands, artists and musicians. 

Underground music is defined as:  Music other than that traditionally heard on mainstream radio or available for purchase through major retail outlets.  Underground bands, artists and musicians are those individuals or groups independently producing, authoring and publishing independent music product.  

Specific information relating to Dust2Dust Music is proprietary in nature.  Dust2Dust Music Network is an organized network of individual and business investors providing product and services including but not limited to:  tour services, wholesale and retail product distribution, promotional goods and services, financial services, legal services and a myriad of product and services that may from time to time be required by underground bands, artists and musicians.

Dust2Dust Music Network is a separate and distinct entity from its members.  Membership in the Dust2Dust Music Network is free to anyone interested in accessing its stated benefits and willing to identify themselves as members of the Dust2Dust Music Network.  Dust2Dust Music Network is not responsible for the individual acts or forbearances of its members, investors, contributors or network participants.  Nothing relating to this organization is intended to create or in fact creates an employee, employer or independent contractor relationship unless otherwise evidenced in writing and executed by authorized agents, directors and/or officers of Dust2Dust Music Network. 

Products and services available to members of the Dust2Dust Music Network are pre-approved and recommended by Dust2Dust Music Network only to the extent that Dust2Dust Music has sufficient knowledge to make such recommendation.  Dust2Dust Music Network does not warranty, guarantee or accept responsibility for the quality of workmanship, product and/or services delivered through its product and service network.  Members by virtue of their membership accept full responsibility to ensure quality workmanship, product quality or for assessing, purchasing, previewing and finalizing any purchase resulting from information provided by Dust2Dust Music Network.
